At Lil'Diva, our aim is to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we offer a hassle-free exchange policy. Please read the following guidelines to understand the process:

1. Eligibility for Exchange:
- Unused products in their original condition with all tags and labels intact are eligible for return.
- The return request must be initiated within 7 days from the date of receipt of the order.

2. Initiating an Exchange:

- Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Our customer support team will guide you through the exchange process and provide you with an exchange authorization.

3. Packaging Your Return:
- Pack the items securely in the original packaging, if available, or in a similar sturdy box.
- Include all original tags, labels, and any additional accessories that came with the product.

4. Return Shipping:
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping and exchange item shipping, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (wrong product) or a defective product.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of the items.

5. Inspection and Processing:
- Once we receive your returned items, our team will inspect them to ensure they meet the return eligibility criteria. 
- You would be required to select a product of similar or higher value in order to complete the exchange. Please allow up to 7 business days for the processing of your exchange after the items are received.
- If the product you select is of a higher value, you would be required to pay the difference amount before the exchange is processed.

5. Refunds:
- We do not offer refunds. Our policy is strictly exchanges only.


7. Exclusions:
- Certain items, such as personalized or custom-made products, may not be eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return policy criteria.
